  • You must include a copy of your Packing Slip or Receipt with the returned merchandise.


  • Merchandise returned must be received within 30 days from our original shipping date. After 30 days, a 20% restock charge will be applied.


  • Willow Pond Aqua Farms is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen merchandise being returned. Therefore, you should insure your package.


  • We can not refund your original shipping charges. Refunds are for merchandise only.


  • An exchange can be made, or a credit issued when we receive your return. Shipping charges will be applied when your exchange is shipped to you.
